The train asset management company Angel Trains have approached Socia to carry out a Board Effectiveness Review. this follows a productive review carried out in 2022. Socia has a track record working with Boards in businesses where the UK government is the main customer. This review will once again use the UK Corproate Governance Code as a benchmark of best practice.
