Socia has been chosen to carry out a Board Effectiveness Review at the Government Property Agency – following a similar review we completed in 2021. The Government Property Agency (GPA) was established in 2018 as an Executive Agency of the Cabinet Office and works in partnership with Departments across Whitehall to create workplaces which fit the needs of the 21st century and enable the effective delivery of modern public services. The GPA operates in line with the good practice defined in the UK Corporate Governance Code which calls for an external review of Board governance every three years.
