In recent days we’ve been reflecting on the outcome of the UK General Election, the high cost of the ending of the coalition to the Liberal Democrats and what lessons there are to learn for business partnerships.
Alex posted a blog on LinkedIn highlighting the reasons why large organisation find it hard to partner with smaller ones in the long term – no matter how much they may need what the smaller party can bring.
And I’ve responded in a second blog which looks at how partners can negotiate a good ending to a fixed term collaboration – which recognises the value created during the life of the relationship and how this could be built on in future.
